Mojito’s Restaurant & Bar
We provided the inaugural structure of Representative Grace Meng’s ”Dining Out in District 6”, an initiative aimed at providing 60 restaurants in her district with compliant dining structures. This flagship 40-foot roadside café builds on all the required structure basics with some thoughtful finish upgrades, truly making the outdoor environment Mojito’s own. This configuration of 8 modules features custom printed ACM barrier cladding, standard Trex flooring, and a solar grey corrugated polycarbonate roof that blocks UV rays and keeps the rain at bay.

Lincoln Center Summer for the City Installation
Lincoln center is a-buzz for this year’s Summer for the City Festival. With the goal to bring the community together through music, culture, and art, supporting this event is a highlight for us every summer.
Our contribution for 2024 included a series of bee sculptures that are finished in faceted mirror by day and morph into glowing beacons at night thanks to lighting built into each one. Designed and fabricated to be in the elements all summer, these bees are a testament to the complexity associated with building for outdoor environments.
Onee Pod
We worked closely with Onee to develop these bicycle storage prototypes around the city, creating a design that was cost effective, easy to deploy, and eye catching. Promoted as “the most advanced cycle parking kiosk ever designed”, the build featured custom bike storage racks, locking door mechanisms, and a green roof to ensure pod installation were never reducing nature’s footprint in the city.
